With the development of integrative oncology and the publication of a large number of high-quality clinical studies,the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of tumor has gradually attracted attention from the academic community.However,the action mechanism of its clinical advantage is still unclear.From the perspective of neuroimmune interaction,this paper aims to explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of tumor from various aspects including neuroimmune microenvironment of acupuncture points,the regulation of autonomic nerve anti-inflammatory by acupuncture,and psycho-neuroimmunology,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumor,and to promote the extensive application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical prevention and treatment of tumor.
