Application of Xuanfei Liqi Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Pumping Through Jejunal Nutrition Tube in Enhanced Recovery after Surgery of Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy
Objective To investigate the application of Xuanfei Liqi acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pumping through jejunal nutrition tube in enhanced recovery after surgery of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 62 patients with complete LPD in hepatobiliary surgery department of Baoji People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2022.32 patients were treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy and Xuanfei Liqi acupuncture combined with the pumping of TCM through the jejunal nutrition tube in the perioperative period.The control group of 30 patients were treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy.Postoperative hospitalization days,postoperative complication rate,total treatment cost,first postoperative anal exhaust time,time of postoperative out-of-bed activity,stress and inflammatory response indicators within 24 hours after surgery between two groups were compared.Results Both groups successfully completed LPD,and there was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups(P＞0.05).Postoperative hospitalization days,postoperative complication rate,total treatment cost,time of first anal exhaust after surgery,time of postoperative out-of-bed activity,postoperative stress and inflammatory response indicators of the observation group were obviously superior to the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in surgical time and intraoperative bleeding volume(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuanfei Liqi acupuncture and TCM pumping through jejunal nutrition tube can significantly promote the recovery of patients after LPD.
