Exploration on Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation and Treatment of Cancer Related Fatigue Based on the Theory of"Treating Deficiency with Three Sources"
Cancer related fatigue belongs to the category of"consumptive disease"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Patients are affected by the tumor invasion,chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapy,and other drugs.The struggle between vital and pathogenic qi,Yin and Yang imbalance,qi and blood loss of viscera,finally lead to the formation of consumptive disease.The theory of"treating deficiency with three sources"originates from the Lixu Yuanjian written by WANG Qi-shi,which emphasizes that the dysfunction of lung,spleen,and kidney is the core pathogenesis of consumptive disease.Guided by the theory of"treating deficiency with three sources",this paper discusses the TCM differentiation and treatment of cancer related fatigue from the perspective of lung,spleen,and kidney.
