摘要
在"癌毒传舍的中医病机初探"一文的基础上,本文进一步探讨癌毒传舍的中医病机内涵.基于中医理论深入阐释癌毒传舍的病因病机,对于中医药防治恶性肿瘤复发转移具有重要的理论和实践意义.本文从癌毒传舍的定义、病因病机、传舍途径以及防治原则等方面进行深入探讨,提出"虚、痰、瘀、郁、火(热)、毒"是癌毒传舍主要病机的学术观点;强调中医药在防治癌毒传舍的过程中要遵循扶正解毒、去宛陈莝、分期论治、防治未病、调畅情志、杂合以治、以平为期、谨守病机的防治原则.
Abstract
On the basis of the article named"Preliminary study on pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine for cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis",the paper further discussed the connotation of the pathogenesis of cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it was of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply explain the pathogenesis of cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis for the prevention and treatment of cancer recurrence and metastasis.This paper discussed the definition,etiologies,pathogeneses,ways,and the prevention and treatment principles of cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis in depth.The academic view that"deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,depression,fire(heat),and toxin"were the main pathogeneses of cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis was put forward.It was emphasized that in the process of prevention and treatment of cancer toxin's invasion and metastasis,TCM was supposed to follow the principles of strengthening the body and detoxifying,Qu Yu Chen Cuo,treating by stages,preventing and treating diseases before occurance,adjusting emotions,taking combined treatments,pursuing the state of equilibrium,and following the pathogeneses strictly.
