从一例肝癌并出血成功救治验案谈肝癌中医全程管理与分期论治

摘要
原发性肝癌病情凶险、进展迅速,具有高复发率、高死亡率等特点,称为"癌中之王".本文通过中医药干预成功救治一例肝癌并肝破裂、消化道大出血并获得长期生存的病例,探讨中医药在原发性肝癌全程管理与分期论治经验;提示中医治癌全程管理"以人为本",个体化辨治,根据疾病特点分期、分层精准施治,能保肝抑瘤、改善生存质量、延长生存期,实现"带瘤生存".
Abstract
Primary liver cancer is serious and progresses rapidly,with high recurrence rate,high mortality rate,and other characteristics,which is known as the"king of cancer".This article discussed the experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in whole course management and staged treatment of primary liver cancer from a successful case of liver cancer with hepatic rupture and massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage which achieved long time survival.The whole course management of TCM for cancer treatment is"people-oriented"and individualized.According to the characteristics and stages of the disease,layered and precise treatment are conducted,which can protect the liver,inhibit tumors,improve quality of life,and prolong survival,so as to achieve"survival with tumor".
