运用"虚静复命"理念探究中医导引术在肿瘤防治中的应用

摘要
随着医学技术的逐渐发展,癌症患者生存时间的不断延长,癌症患者的症状管理水平及生活质量提升已成为癌症支持治疗的重要组成部分.运动疗法及心理疗法等非药物治疗显示出越来越重要的地位.中医导引法作为中医特色的养生和体疗方法,分别通过调身、调息、调心三方面在肿瘤疾病的防治中得到了越来越多的应用,并显示出良好的临床疗效."虚静复命"思维是指一种无欲、无得失、无功利的极端平静的精神状态,作为中国传统养生文化的一部分,它指导着人们修生养性、防治疾病,为国人推崇.笔者认为两者结合,以道家"虚静复命"理论为指导运用导引术防治肿瘤疾病,发挥了传统养生文化的特色,可以更好地展现出中医在肿瘤防治中的优势.
Abstract
With the gradual development of medical technology and the continuous extension of the survival time of cancer patients,the level of symptom management and the improvement of life quality of cancer patients have become an important part of cancer supportive therapy.Non-drug treatments such as exercise therapy and psychotherapy are showing increasing importance.As a method of health preservation and physical therapy with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristics,TCM Daoyin has been applied increasingly in the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases through regulating the body,breath,and heart,and has shown good clinical effect.The theory of"thinking of emptiness and tranquility"refers to an extremely calm mental state without desire,gain and loss,and fame and fortune.As a part of the traditional Chinese health culture,it guides people to cultivate their health,prevent and cure diseases,which is highly respected by Chinese people.The author believes that combining of the two and using TCM Daoyin guided by the Taoist theory of"thinking of emptiness and tranquility"to prevent and treat tumor diseases,can exert the characteristics of traditional health culture and can better show the advantages of TCM in tumor prevention and treatment.
