从"入营犹可透热转气"角度探讨癌性发热的中医治疗

摘要
现代医学对于癌性发热的病理病机尚在研究中,其治疗多以解热镇痛抗炎药和糖皮质激素为主,上述药物虽能一定程度缓解患者发热症状,但其热势仅可短时间得到控制,并未根除.癌性发热,尤其是放化疗所致的发热与叶天士所言营分证存在本质上的相似.他指出营分受热,热易外散,一味地清热养阴则易使邪热内伏,还需时时使用香窜之品使气机通畅,养阴清热的基础上配合透热外达,顺应热势,引热外出.本文试从"入营犹可透热转气"的角度出发,对癌性发热的中医治疗提供思路.
Abstract
The pathology and pathogenesis of cancerous fever are still being studied in modern medicine,and its treatment is mainly based on antipyretic,analgesic,and anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids.Although the above drugs can alleviate fever symptom of patients to a certain extent,but its fever trend can only be controlled in a short time,and it can not be eradicated.Cancerous fever,especially the fever caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy,is essentially similar to nutritive level syndrome as YE Tian-shi said.He pointed out that nutritive level was heated,and the heat was easy to disperse.Blindly clearing heat and nourishing yin were easy to make the evil heat lurk inside.It was also necessary to use aromatic medicine from time to time to make qi unobstructed,and on the basis of nourishing yin and clearing heat,cooperated with expelling the heat,conformed to the heat trend,and led the heat out.This article attempted to provide ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cancerous fever from the perspective of"heat would be transferred to qi when it enters ying".
