摘要
消化道肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍以术后腹胀、恶心、呕吐、排便延迟、腹泻为主要临床表现.《伤寒论》继承《内经》理论基础,于六经辨证、治法方药中折射气机升降思想.文章汲取经方升降调理法度,通过判断降太过、升太过、降不及、气机逆乱的四种升降失调形态识别病症,阐释复位升降轴枢、清肃升降之机、通泄升降外轮、疏散升降郁结的经方论治思路,为消化道肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍的治疗提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
The main clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastrointestinal tumor surgery are abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,delayed defecation,and diarrhea.Treatise on Febrile Diseases inherits the theoretical basis of Neijing,reflects the ascending and descending thought of qi activity from syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,treatment methods,and prescriptions.This paper derived the adjustment method of ascending and descending from classic herbal formula,identified diseases and symptoms by judging four kinds of ascending and descending disorders containing descending too much,ascending too much,not enough descending,and qi activity derangement.It explained the treatment ideas of classic herbal formula including resetting pivot,keeping pure and descendant,eliminating heat by purgation,and evacuating depression of ascending and descending,in order to provide reference for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastrointestinal tumor surgery.
