阴道填塞溻渍法治疗宫颈癌近距离放疗后阴道损伤的疗效观察

摘要
目的 研究中医特色填塞溻渍疗法治疗宫颈癌近距离放疗后阴道损伤的疗效.方法 将60例近距离放疗后出现放射性阴道损伤的患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例.观察组予以中药阴道溻渍填塞治疗,每日1次,每次3 h.对照组予以三乙醇胺乳膏阴道涂抹,每次3 mg,每日1次,均14天为1疗程.比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、阴道疼痛评分及阴道组织创面愈合时间.结果 ①两组治疗前后临床疗效比较:观察组与对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、70.00%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).②两组治疗后阴道疼痛评分比较,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).③两组愈合时间比较:观察组创面完全疗愈合时间明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组用药期间未见明显不良反应.结论 中医特色填塞溻渍疗法在治疗宫颈癌近距离放疗后阴道损伤方面有效果,且在改善患者阴道疼痛评分、缩短创面愈合时间等方面,具有优势.
Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of packing and wet-compress therapy with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of vaginal injury after brachytherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with radiation vaginal injury after brachytherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine vaginal packing and wet-compress once a day and 3 hours each time.The control group received vaginal application of triethanolamine cream,3 mg each time and once a day.Both groups were treated for 14 days as a course.The clinical efficacy,vaginal pain score,and wound healing time of vaginal tissue were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results ①Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment:the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 70.00%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).②After treatment,the vaginal pain scores of the two groups were compared.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).③Comparison of healing time between the two groups:the complete healing time of the wound in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The packing and wet-compress therapy with characteristics of TCM is effective in the treatment of vaginal injury after brachytherapy of cervical cancer,and has advantages in improving patients'vaginal pain score and shortening wound healing time.
