行气祛瘀冲剂对改善胸腔镜肺癌根治术术后凝血状态的临床研究

摘要
目的 探究行气祛瘀冲剂对胸腔镜下肺癌根治术后患者凝血状态的改善效果及其安全性.方法 采用前瞻性、随机对照试验方法,筛选50名符合入选条件的胸腔镜肺癌根治术术后患者,患者随机分配至两个组别(对照组与观察组),每组各25人.对照组患者接受标准的抗凝治疗方案,而观察组患者在标准抗凝治疗的基础上额外使用行气祛瘀冲剂.在患者术后的第2天、第5天以及第30天进行全面的随访和复诊,比较两组患者术后的PT、APTT、PLT、D-D等凝血功能指标的变化情况,以及两组术后肿胀、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率和不良反应情况.结果 观察组患者在不同时间阶段PLT、PT、APTT以及D-D等关键凝血功能指标上的改善表现明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者在术后出现肿胀、下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 行气祛瘀冲剂在胸腔镜肺癌根治手术后能明显改善患者的凝血功能,并降低血栓风险,从而增强治疗的安全性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Xingqi Quyu Granules in improving coagulation status of patients after thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A prospective,randomized controlled trial was conducted,involving 50 patients who met the inclusion criteria after thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Patients were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group),with 25 patients in each group.The control group received standard anticoagulation therapy,while the observation group received Xingqi Quyu Granules in addition to the standard anticoagulation therapy.Comprehensive follow-ups and revisits were conducted on the 2nd,5th,and 30th days after surgery,focusing on comparing changes in coagulation function indicators such as PT,APTT,PLT,and D-Dimer between the two groups,as well as the incidences of postoperative swelling and deep vein thrombosis in the legs and adverse reactions.Results The improvement of key coagulation function indicators such as PLT,PT,APTT,and D-D in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at different times(P＜0.05).The incidences of postoperative swelling and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xingqi Quyu Granules can significantly improve coagulation function and reduce the risk of thrombosis in patients after thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer,thereby enhancing treatment safety.
