辛开苦降法治疗胃癌理论探析

摘要
辛开苦降法是基于中药四气五味药性理论,以辛味药和苦味药并用,来达到脾胃升降恢复、气机斛旋平衡的作用.由于其可以恢复脾胃的升降功能及调整气的运行,故适用于多种脾胃系统疾病的治疗.近些年中医药治疗癌症具有显著疗效,胃癌的病机与辛开苦降的理论相对应,本文尝试从辛开苦降法的学术源流、治疗胃癌的立法依据及临床应用等方面阐明辛开苦降法治疗胃癌的理论基础.
Abstract
The method of herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs bitter in flavor for descending uses the combination of pungent and bitter medicines to restore the ascending and descending functions of spleen and stomach and to regulate the balance of qi activity based on the theory of four natures and five flavors of Chinese medicine.As it can restore the ascending and descending functions of spleen and stomach and adjust the movement of qi,it is suitable for the treatment of various diseases of spleen and stomach system.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has shown significant efficacy in cancer treatment,and the pathogenesis of gastric cancer corresponds to the theory of herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs bitter in flavor for descending.This article attempted to illustrate the method of herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs bitter in flavor for descending in the treatment of gastric cancer from the perspective of academic origin,theoretical basis,and clinical application.
