摘要
目的 基于中医传承辅助平台V2.5挖掘分析中药复方专利治疗前列腺癌的用药规律.方法 收集整理国家知识产权局专利数据库中前列腺癌中药复方专利,筛选出142首处方,录入中医传承辅助平台V2.5,利用该软件的集成规则分析、无监督的熵层次聚类、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、四气五味归经分析等方法,分析挖掘国家知识产权专利数据库中治疗前列腺癌中药复方专利的用药规律.结果 使用频数＞10次的药物共25味,前10位药物分别是黄芪,当归,莪术,甘草,白花蛇舌草,丹参,白术,半枝莲,茯苓,蒲公英(灵芝).支持个数10,置信度0.9条件下进行关联规则分析,排名前10位的药物组合有白花蛇舌草-黄芪,莪术-黄芪,黄芪-当归,丹参-黄芪,白花蛇舌草-莪术,黄芪-甘草,黄芪-白术,党参-黄芪,三棱-莪术,黄芪-茯苓.基于复杂系统熵聚类分析,获得核心药物组合为石见穿-天葵子-猫人参,石见穿-太子参-预知子,重楼-鸡血藤-柴胡,泽泻-赤芍-山茱萸,肉桂-芡实-大枣,淫羊藿-枸杞子-肉苁蓉,山慈菇-白花蛇舌草-莪术,莪术-三棱-没药.基于无监督熵层次聚类分析,获得4个新处方,石见穿-天葵子-猫人参-太子参-预知子,重楼-鸡血藤-柴胡-泽泻-赤芍-山茱萸,肉桂-芡实-大枣-淫羊藿-枸杞子-肉苁蓉,山慈菇-白花蛇舌草-莪术-三棱-没药.药物四气使用频数排序依次为寒性、温性、平性、凉性、热性.药物五味使用频数依次为甘味、苦味、辛味、咸味、酸味、涩味.药物归经使用频数排前5位为肝经、脾经、肾经、肺经、心经.结论 国家中药复方专利治疗前列腺癌以益气养血、清热解毒、活血化瘀、利水渗湿等为法.
Abstract
Objective Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform V2.5,the medication laws of traditional Chinese medicine compound patents in the treatment of prostate cancer were mined and analyzed.Methods 142 prescriptions were selected from the patent database of China National Intellectual Property Administration,and were entered into traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform V2.5.By using the methods of integration rule analysis,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,improved mutual information,complex system entropy clustering,and analysis of four natures,five flavors and meridian tropisms,the medication laws of traditional Chinese medicine compound patents for prostate cancer in the patent database of China National Intellectual Property Administration were analyzed and mined.Results A total of 25 drugs were used with a frequency of more than 10 times,and the top 10 drugs were Radix Astragali,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Curcumae,Liquorice,Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Herba Scutellariae Barbatae,Poria,and Herba Taraxaci(Lucid Ganoderma).The association rules were analyzed with the support number of 10 and the confidence level of 0.9.The top 10 drug combinations were Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae-Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Curcumae-Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali-Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae-Radix Astragali,Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae-Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Astragali-Liquorice,Radix Astragali-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Codonopsis-Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Sparganii-Rhizoma Curcumae,and Radix Astragali-Poria.Based on the cluster analysis of complex system entropy,the core drug combinations were obtained as follows:Herba Salviae Chinensis-Radix Semiaquilegiae-Radix Actinidiae Valvatae,Herba Salviae Chinensis-Radix Pseudostellariae-Fructus Akebia,Rhizoma Paridis-Caulis Spatholobi-Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Alismatis Radix Paeoniae Rubra-Fructus Corni,Cortex Cinnamomi-Gordon Euryale Seed-Fructus Jujubae,Herba Epimedii-Fructus Lycii-Herba Cistanches,Rhizoma Pleionis-Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae Rhizoma Curcumae,and Rhizoma Curcumae-Rhizoma Sparganii-Myrrh.Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis,four new prescriptions were obtained,namely Herba Salviae Chinensis-Radix Semiaquilegiae-Radix Actinidiae Valvatae-Radix Pseudostellariae-Fructus Akebiae,Rhizoma Paridis-Caulis Spatholobi-Radix Bupleuri-Rhizoma Alismatis-Radix Paeoniae Rubra-Fructus Corni,Cortex Cinnamomi-Gordon Euryale Seed-Fructus Jujubae-Herba Epimedii-Fructus Lycii-Herba Cistanches,and Rhizoma Pleionis-Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae-Rhizoma Curcumae-Rhizoma Sparganii-Myrrh.The frequency ranking of use of four natures was cold,warm,flat,cool,and hot.The frequency ranking of use of five flavors was sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,sour,and astringent.The top five meridian tropisms most frequently used were liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,lung meridian,and heart meridian.Conclusion The treatment of national traditional Chinese medicine compound patents for prostate cancer is based on supplementing qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and removing dampness and promoting diuresis.
