Thrombocytopenia is one of the adverse reactions after radiation therapy,and the occurrence will affect the treatment progress and quality of life of cancer patients.Modern medical treatment for this disease has certain limitations.Based on the theoretical connotation of"vigorous fire consumes qi"in the Huangdi Neijing,this paper explored the guiding role of this theory in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of radiation-induced thrombocytopenia,and presented two effective cases,in order to provide valuable ideas for multi-dimensional understanding and treatment of radiation-induced thrombocytopenia in clinical practice.
