Chemotherapy is a widely used anti-tumor therapy in clinical practice,and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN)is one of the toxic and side effects with high morbidity.At present,western medicine treatment of CIPN cannot fully meet the needs of clinical prevention and treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine is an effective means to prevent and treat CIPN.This article briefly introduced the clinical experience of Professor LIN Li-zhu in differentiating and treating CIPN from the perspective of"impediment of deficiency and cold"and combining the external treatment of"dredging collaterals and removing obstruction"with the internal treatment of"regulating qi and replenishing deficiency",and an effective case was attached to illustrate.
