Network Meta-analysis of Different External Treatment Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Gastroparesis Syndrome after Tumor Surgery

摘要
目的 运用网状Meta分析不同中医外治法治疗肿瘤术后胃瘫综合征的疗效.方法 在PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中国知网等平台检索,根据纳排标准进行筛选,并将数据录入Stata15.0软件,分析后绘制网络证据图、累积概率图等.结果 纳入文献34篇,中医外治法8种,患者2 044例.网状Meta分析显示:临床总有效率排序:普通针刺+常规＞艾灸+常规＞穴位注射+常规＞电针+常规＞中药灌肠+常规＞温针灸+常规＞耳穴压豆+常规＞穴位贴敷+常规＞常规治疗;改善胃液引流量效果排序:普通针刺+常规＞穴位注射+常规＞电针+常规＞温针灸+常规＞艾灸+常规＞耳穴压豆+常规＞中药灌肠+常规＞常规治疗;缩短胃肠动力恢复时间排序:穴位注射+常规＞电针+常规＞温针灸+常规＞普通针刺+常规＞常规治疗;缩短正常进食时间排序:穴位注射+常规＞电针+常规＞中药灌肠+常规＞耳穴压豆+常规＞穴位贴敷+常规＞常规治疗.结论 8种中医外治法治疗肿瘤术后胃瘫均能够提高临床总有效率、改善胃液引流量、缩短胃肠动力恢复时间及正常进食时间,但各有侧重,其中普通针刺及穴位注射综合疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of different external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after tumor surgery by using network Meta-analysis.Methods Databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,and other platforms were searched.Data was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and input into Stata15.0 software.After analysis,network evidence maps and cumulative probability maps were draw.Results This study included 34 articles,including 8 kinds of external treatment of TCM,involving 2 044 patients.Network Meta-analysis showed that the ranking of clinical total effective rate was as follows:acupuncture+conventional treatment＞moxibustion+conventional treatment＞acupoint injection+conventional treatment＞electroacupuncture+conventional treatment＞TCM enema+conventional treatment＞warm acupuncture+conventional treatment＞ear acupoint pressing beans+conventional treatment＞acupoint application+conventional treatment＞conventional treatment.The ranking of effect on improving gastric drainage volume was as follows:acupuncture+conventional treatment＞acupoint injection+conventional treatment＞electroacupuncture+conventional treatment＞warm acupuncture+conventional treatment＞moxibustion+conventional treatment＞ear acupoint pressing beans+conventional treatment＞TCM enema+conventional treatment＞conventional treatment.The ranking of shortening the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility was as follows:acupoint injection+conventional treatment＞electroacupuncture+conventional treatment＞warm acupuncture+conventional treatment＞acupuncture+conventional treatment＞conventional treatment.The ranking of shortening normal eating time was as follows:acupoint injection+conventional treatment＞electroacupuncture+conventional treatment＞TCM enema+conventional treatment＞ear acupoint pressing beans+conventional treatment＞acupoint application+conventional treatment＞conventional treatment.Conclusion 8 kinds of TCM external treatment methods for postoperative gastroparesis after tumor surgery can improve the total clinical efficacy rate,enhance gastric drainage volume,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and normal eating time,but each has its own focus.Among them,acupuncture and acupoint injection have better comprehensive therapeutic effects.
