摘要
"有故无殒,亦无殒也"出自《黄帝内经》,原是妊娠疾病的一项重要治疗原则,后通过历代医家的归纳推理,现已广泛用于临床治疗其他类疾病,尤其是恶性肿瘤,由此引申的"以毒攻毒法"对于中医药治疗恶性肿瘤更是具有建设性指导意义.本文通过分析"有故无殒"治则的思想内涵与延伸应用、针对恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中癌毒这一特异性致病因素,探讨中医"以毒攻毒法"治疗恶性肿瘤的理论依据和方式方法,并举隅古今医家运用"以毒攻毒法"治疗恶性肿瘤的经验,以期为恶性肿瘤的中医药治疗提供理论依据和临床参考.
Abstract
Originated from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine,"toxic drugs'good effect on diseased body"was originally an important treatment principle of pregnancy diseases.Then through the induction and reasoning of generations of physicians,now it has been widely used in other clinical diseases,especially in cancers.The extension of it known as"combat poison with poison"has constructive guiding significance for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of malignant tumors.This article analyzes the ideological connotation and extended application of the principle of"You Gu Wu Yun",discusses the theoretical basis and methods of"combat poison with poison"in TCM used in malignant tumors,aiming at the specific pathogenic factor of cancer toxin during the occurrence and development of malignant tumors,and cites the experience of ancient and modern physicians in the treatment of malignant tumors with"combat poison with poison",so as to provide theoretical basis and clinical reference for the TCM treatment of malignant tumors.
