国医大师潘敏求运用柴胡汤类方治疗原发性肝癌经验

摘要
潘敏求教授治疗原发性肝癌具有独特的理论思想,提出肝癌"虚、瘀、毒"的病机理论,以健脾理气、化瘀软坚、清热解毒为基本治法.强调从肝脾论治肝癌,脾虚为本,肝体阴而用阳之特性,运用疏利少阳法,使其条达舒畅,和其不和也.临证中善用柴胡汤类方灵活加减治疗肝癌及其并发症,以达到消散癌肿的目的,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Professor PAN Min-qiu has a unique theoretical idea in the treatment of primary liver cancer.He puts forward the pathogenesis theory of"deficiency,stasis,and toxin"of liver cancer,and takes strengthening the spleen and regulating qi,removing blood stasis and softening hard mass,clearing heat and detoxification as the basic treatments.He emphasizes the treatment of liver cancer from the perspective of liver and spleen.With the basis of spleen deficiency and the characteristic of Yin in property and Yang in function of liver,he uses the method of soothing and promoting Shaoyang to make it smooth and harmonize the discord.In clinical practice,using Chaihu Decoction with flexible modifications to treat liver cancer and its complications in order to achieve the purpose of dissipating tumor has remarkable clinical efficacy.
