摘要
癌性疼痛是由于癌症本身或治疗所引起的疼痛,多数恶性肿瘤均可导致癌痛的产生,严重影响了癌症患者的生活质量和生存周期.符文彬教授认为,治疗本病当采用"一针二灸三巩固"的阶梯式整合针灸治疗模式,以毫针调气(调神)、精灸扶阳、皮内针巩固疗效,从而达到减轻疼痛、延长治疗效果、提高患者生活质量的目的.
Abstract
Cancerous pain is the pain caused by cancer itself or treatment.Most malignant tumors can cause cancerous pain,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of cancer patients.According to Professor FU Wen-bin,the treatment of this disease should be based on the stepwise integrated acupuncture and moxibustion treatment model of"acupuncture first,moxibustion second,and consolidation last",with filiform needle to regulate qi(regulate the spirit),refined moxibustion to support yang,and intradermal needle to consolidate the efficacy of the treatment,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing pain,prolonging the effect of the treatment,and improving the patient's quality of life.
