曹洋运用"健脾祛湿、解毒抑瘤"法治疗晚期肠癌的经验浅析

摘要
结直肠癌发病率高,且预后欠佳.本文总结曹洋教授在长期中西医结合诊疗实践中形成的用药规律及经验,提出"健脾祛湿、解毒抑瘤"是治疗结直肠癌的基本治法之一,形成"参术菝瘤方"基础方加减治疗晚期结直肠癌,同时注重兼症的处理,灵活选用药物,并附验案以举隅.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer has a high incidence and poor prognosis.This paper summarized Professor CAO Yang's medication rules and experience in long-term practice of treatment and diagnosis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.It was proposed that"fortifying the spleen and dispelling dampness,resolving toxin to control tumor"was one of the basic treatments for colorectal cancer,and"Shenzhu Baliu Decoction"was formed as the basic prescription to treat advanced colorectal cancer with addition or reduction.At the same time,the treatment of concomitant symptoms should be emphasized,and drugs should be flexibly selected,with effective cases for reference.
