从"壮火"探讨结直肠炎癌转化的中医病机

摘要
壮火本质是元气,作为邪气致病却变化多端,其特性与肿瘤的表现相似.在结直肠癌的早期,壮火亢盛加重炎症反应,壮火食气导致脾气亏虚,进而有湿邪、瘀血、热毒等病理产物的生成.因此壮火不仅是炎性肠病的诱因,还是造成疾病本虚标实的关键.本文基于壮火的相关理论探讨结直肠炎癌转化的中医病机,揭示了脾虚与病理产物共存的癌症发展变化,明确疾病的标本虚实,为中医治疗结直肠癌提供思路.
Abstract
The nature of vigorous fire is original qi.As a pathogenic factor with various changes,its characteristics are similar to the performance of tumor.In the early stage of colorectal cancer,the inflammatory reaction is aggravated by the hyperactivity of vigorous fire,and vigorous fire consuming qi leads to spleen qi deficiency,which can result in the generation of pathological products such as dampness,blood stasis,and toxic heat.Therefore,vigorous fire is not only the cause of inflammatory bowel disease,but also the key factor in causing the disease to be deficient in nature and excess in superficiality.This article discussed the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of transformation from inflammation to colorectal cancer based on the theory of vigorous fire,revealed the coexistence of spleen deficiency and pathological products in the development and changes of cancer,and clarified superficiality and origin,deficiency and excess of disease,providing ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer.
