Xuanfu has the characteristics of covering the whole body,connecting inside and outside,subtle shape,and complete function,which is the understanding of microstructure of human body in traditional Chinese medicine.Diarrhea is one of the common adverse reactions after targeted therapy for malignant tumor,which affects the quality of life,drug efficacy,and drug compliance of patients.At present,there is no specific drug for western medicine treatment,and it is mainly symptomatic treatment.Based on the "Xuanfu theory",this paper discussed the clinical prevention and treatment of targeted drug-related diarrhea,in order to develop unique and advantageous treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore new ideas for targeted treatment of drug-related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
