摘要

胃癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,预后不佳且治疗选择有限,严重威胁我国民众的健康,寻找有效的胃癌治疗方法至关重要.肠道微生物群落是一个多样且复杂的生态系统,其与宿主共同进化,具有特异性,在调节健康和疾病方面发挥着重要作用.肠道微生物稳态(gut microbiota homeostasis,GMH)是指由肠道中高度多样性的微生物与宿主相互依存的内环境状态.而胃癌可能由于肠道微生物稳态失衡而诱发,并通过调节肠道微生物群落和促癌代谢物的积累来加速癌症的进展.本文围绕肠道微生物稳态这一概念,深入探讨中医药调控肠道微生物稳态治疗胃癌的研究进展,以期为临床诊疗提供新思路.

Abstract

Gastric cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignancy in China,with a poor prognosis and limited treatment options,posing a serious threat to the health of Chinese people.Therefore,it is crucial to find effective treatments for gastric cancer.The gut microbiota is a diverse and complex ecosystem that co-evolves with the host and has specificity,playing a significant role in regulating health and disease.Gut microbiota homeostasis (GMH) refers to the state of internal environment in the gut in which the highly diverse microbiota is interdependent with the host.Gastric cancer may be induced by an imbalance in gut microbiota homeostasis and accelerated by the regulation of the gut microbiota community and the accumulation of carcinogenic metabolites.This paper focused on the concept of gut microbiota homeostasis and explored the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating gut microbiota homeostasis for the treatment of gastric cancer,in the hope of providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
