摘要
目的 通过文献计量分析与可视化分析确定中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)研究现状,分析该领域的研究态势.方法 检索中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)与Web of Science(WOS)上2024年4月7日之前中医药治疗NSCLC的文献,使用VOSviewer与CiteSpace分析关键词,做出关键词聚类、共现和突现分析.结果 筛选后得到中医药治疗NSCLC的中文文献1473篇、英文文献590篇.持续关注的研究热点有中医证型和中医药的抗癌作用,最新的研究热点主要集中于中医药治疗NSCLC的作用机制与网络药理学、分子对接等新型的生物信息学分析方法.中医药治疗NSCLC具有多成分-多靶点-多途径的作用特征,对于接受化疗、靶向药物、放疗、手术的患者和老年患者具有独特优势,有利于增效减毒、延缓西药耐药、提高免疫功能、改善生活质量、降低复发及转移风险等.目前仍缺乏规范、统一的中医证候诊断标准,可能影响中医药疗效的发挥.结论 寻找中医药治疗NSCLC的优势人群,建立适合临床的中医证候诊断标准,探索中医药治疗NSCLC的活性成分、靶点、作用机制可以作为未来研究的热点方向.
Abstract
Objective To define the current research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) through bibliometric analysis and visualization analysis,and analyze the research trend in this field.Methods Literature on TCM treatment of NSCLC before April 7th,2024 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science(WOS).VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to analyze keywords and perform keyword clustering,co-occurrence,and emergent analysis.Results After screening,1473 Chinese literature and 590 English literature on TCM treatment of NSCLC were obtained.The research hotspots being constantly focuses on included TCM syndrome and the anti-cancer effect of TCM.The latest research hotspots mainly focuses on TCM mechanism in treating NSCLC and new bioinformatics analysis methods such as network pharmacology and molecular docking.TCM treatment for NSCLC has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and multi pathway,which has unique advantages for patients receiving chemotherapy,targeted drug,radiotherapy,surgery,and elderly patients.It is beneficial for enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity,delaying western drug resistance,improving immune function,improving quality of life,and reducing the risk of recurrence and metastasis.Currently there is still a lack of standardized and unified diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome,which may affect the effecacy of TCM.Conclusion Finding the advantageous population of TCM treatment for NSCLC,establishing suitable diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome in clinical practice,and exploring the active ingredients,targets,and mechanisms of action of TCM treatment for NSCLC can be hot research directions in the future.
