摘要
目的了解不同性别受试者在健康状态下十二井穴的温度情况.方法 选择26例健康男女青年为测试对象,其中男性15例,女性11例,用红外测温仪分别对其十二井穴温度测定3次,算出3次测量数值的平均值并进行统计学比较.结果 男性上肢井穴正常温度值平均为31.12C,下肢井穴正常温度值平均为29.40C;女性上肢井穴正常温度值平均为30.99℃,下肢井穴正常温度值平均为30.39 C.上肢多数井穴的温度男性略高于女性,下肢井穴温度女性多高于男性,且男性温度变化区间较大,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 人体在健康状态下其十二井穴的温度均低于正常体温,且男性与女性比较无明显差异.
Abstract
Objective To understand the temperature of the twelve Jing-well points in healthy people of different genders.Methods Twenty-six healthy young people, 15 males and 11 females, were selected for observation.An infrared thermometer was used to test the temperature of their twelve Jing-well points respectively for 3 times.The average value of three measures was found out and statistically compared.Results The average of normal temperature of twelve Jing-well points of upper limb of males was 31.12℃ and that of lower limb 29.40 ℃.The average of normal temperature of twelve Jing-well points of upper limb of females was 30.99 ℃ and that of lower limb was 30.39 ℃.The temperature of most Jing-well points of upper limb of males was slightly higher than that of females; the temperature of most Jing-well points of lower limb of females was slightly higher than that of males.The range of temperature variation of males was larger, but the difference was not significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion The temperature of twelve Jing-well points is lower than the normal body temperature under the healthy condition,and there was no statistical difference between male and female.
