摘要

基于调气解毒法探讨溃疡性结肠炎"炎-癌"转化的病机,认为气机失常,内生"热、瘀、湿"病邪胶结于大肠,邪气不解,日久成毒,以致引发癌变.临床运用调气解毒法进行防治,提出通腑气、调血气和健脾气的调气之法以荡热毒、散瘀毒和化湿毒;同时根据不同阶段毒邪致病特点,灵活组合运用调气解毒的不同方法,以期截断溃疡性结肠炎"炎-癌"转化的进程.

Abstract

Based on the method of regulating qi and resolving toxins,this paper discussed the core pathogenesis of"inflammation-cancer"transformation of ulcerative colitis.It is believed that the disorder of qi movement,endoge-nous pathogenic factors of "heat,stasis and dampness"are cemented in the large intestine,and the pathogenic factors are too excessive to be solved,which will become toxic after a long time and lead to cancerous changes.Clinical pre-vention and treatment applies the method of regulating qi and resolving toxins,and the method of regulating qi was pro-posed as clearing internal qi,regulating blood qi and strengthening spleen qi,so as to clear heat,dissipate blood sta-sis and dissolve dampness;different methods of regulating qi and resolving toxins were flexibly combined according to the pathogenic characteristics of different stages of toxicity,in order to interrupt the process of"inflammation-cancer"transformation of ulcerative colitis.
