古籍文献中偏头痛针灸治疗特色探析

摘要
通过梳理先秦至1911年现存的针灸专著与综合性医籍中的相关记载,按病因病机、治则治法、取穴、刺灸法、刺灸禁忌对针灸治疗偏头痛相关信息进行分类提取.总结并提炼出古籍文献中对偏头痛"病因多样、痰湿与风邪兼重"的病机认识;针灸治疗有"刺有先后、标本分治""重视补虚泻实"的特点;以及丰富的针刺取穴思路、广泛的灸法应用实录、独特的放血疗法应用、明确的刺灸禁忌说明,以期丰富现代偏头痛治疗思路与方法.
Abstract
This paper systematically analyzed the ancient monographs of acupuncture and moxibustion and com-prehensive medical books from pre-Qin to 1911,and extracted the data according to the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,acupoint selection,needling and moxibustion,and taboos of needling and moxibus-tion on migraine.The pathogenesis of migraine in ancient books and documents is summarized as"the causes are di-verse,and phlegm-dampness equally important with wind pathogen".For treatment,the features include"needling has a sequence,and the root and the branch should be treated separately"and"focusing on tonifying deficiency and drain excess".It is also obtained of the rich ideas of acupoints selection,extensive application records of moxibus-tion,unique application of bloodletting therapy and clear explanation of acupuncture and moxibustion taboos,expected to enrich the ideas and methods of modern migraine treatment and improve the clinical effects.
