摘要
发展全过程人民民主与坚持党管媒体是互为表里、相辅相成的辩证关系.在价值取向上,全过程人民民主和党管媒体具有高度的同步性;在理论逻辑上,党管媒体和全过程人民民主昭彰"以人民为中心"的价值追求;在实践理路上,坚持党管媒体是赋能全过程人民民主的应有之义.两者在实践中相互耦合、形成合力,共同展现了中国新闻业在民主政治领域不同于西方模式的新图景.
Abstract
The development of whole-process people's democracy and the adherence to the party's management of the media are interdependent and complementary in a dialectical relationship.In terms of value orientation,whole-process people's democracy and the party's management of the media exhibit a high degree of synchronization;in theoretical logic,both the party's management of the media and whole-process people's democracy highlight the value pursuit of"people-centered";in the path of practice,insisting on the party's management of the media is the inherent meaning of empowering whole-process people's democracy.In practice,the two are coupled and form a joint force,together presenting a new landscape in the field of democratic politics in China's journalism industry that is different from the Western model.
