Research on the competitiveness of cellphone based on Porter diamond model
Based on the porter diamond model,a three-dimensional diamond model and scale for the competitiveness of mobile phone products were proposed by analyzing its variants and application sce-narios through literature research,and verified by structural equation model(SEM).Furthermore,principal component analysis and ridge regression were used to test the realistic performance of the proposed model by taking some representative mobile phone products of brands as case studies.The results show that product design factors,enterprise structure,strategy and competition,demand con-ditions,production factors and related supporting products are the main factors affecting the competi-tiveness of mobile phone products.There is still a big gap between domestic mobile phone enterprises and international leading enterprises in physical capital and knowledge capital,technology field,brand impact and customer loyalty,which underscores the need for further enhancements.
