河南省文旅资源数字化高质量发展新路径的探讨

摘要
以国际视野审视河南省文化发展现状,紧紧抓住构建新发展格局的战略机遇,建设河南省文旅文创融合数字化资源中心门户,牢牢把握文旅文创高渗透性、强融合性和可跨越性特征,建立以"文化创意+科技创新"为导向的数字化文化中心.在此基础上厘清河南省旅游资源禀赋和优势,促进文旅文创融合战略实施,推进河南文化品牌整合,带动河南文旅数字化发展.
Abstract
This paper examines the current situation of cultural development in Henan Province from an international perspective,it is necessary to seize the strategic opportunity of building a new devel-opment pattern,build a portal of digital resource center for the integration of culture tourism and cul-tural innovation in Henan Province,firmly grasp the characteristics of high penetration,strong inte-gration and transboundary,and establish a digital cultural center guided by cultural creativity and technological innovation.Based on this,it will clarify the tourism resources endowment and advanta-ges of Henan Province,promote the implementation of the integration strategy of cultural,tourism,and creative industries,facilitate the integration of Henan cultural brands,and drive the digital devel-opment of cultural and tourism industry in Henan.
