Construction of the performance evaluation index system of the new energy vehicle industry support policies
The implementation of comprehensive budget performance management includes policy performance into the evaluation category,and the performance evaluation of policies is necessary for the solid implementation of comprehensive budget performance management.Establishing the funda-mental theory of policy performance evaluation and constructing the framework system of policy per-formance evaluation have become the imperative considerations for the practical operation of policy performance evaluation.As the policy itself is relatively grand,wide,in recent years,the country in-troduced more supporting policy on the new energy automobile industry development,and made sub-stantial investments.This paper will be focuses on the new energy automobile industry support policy based on the industrial development of the public value,including the industry scale,industry tech-nology,industry innovation,industry environment and industry internationalization five aspects and 18 indicators.The paper proposes a new energy automobile industry support policy performance eval-uation system,aiming to provide valuable insights for the development of a broader public policy per-formance evaluation framework.
