摘要

纺位的稳定运行是纤维品质稳定性和均匀性的首要保障,更是干法腈纶纺丝工艺最基本的要求.通过对纤维成形过程中纺丝纺位各项条件所起到的作用,以及工艺条件控制值偏离对纺丝生产所产生不利影响的分析研究,对纺位连续断头造成运行不稳定的原因进行分析,结合纺丝生产实际过程中出现的不同现象、各种故障情况提出了相应的解决办法和处理对策.

Abstract

The stable operation of the spinning position is the primary guarantee for the stability and uniformity of fiber quality,and it is also the most basic requirement of the dry acrylic fibers spinning process.This paper analyzes and studies the effects of various conditions of the spinning position during the fiber forming process,the adverse effects of deviation of the control value of process conditions on spinning production,and the reasons for the unstable operation of spinning stability caused by continuous breakage of the spinning position.Based on different phenomena and various fault situations in the actual spinning production process,the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are proposed.
