Innovation and practice of talent training plan based on the establishment of the industry education integration community in the superhard materials industry
Taking the Materials Engineering Technology(Superhard Materials Direction)major as an example,based on the establishment of the industry education integration community in the superhard materials industry,this paper conducts innovative and practical research on the entire process of talent cultivation mode from training objectives to teaching evaluation,and introduces the research and preparation of superhard materials and products as the core development direction of the Materials Engineering Technology major in combination with the needs of enterprise development.
