伊河嵩县城区段沉积物中微塑料分布特征

微塑料作为一种新型污染物在河道沉积物中的分布特征研究数据仍十分匮乏.以伊河嵩县城区段的沉积物为研究对象,通过样品采集、密度浮选和消解等预处理,以及拉曼光谱检测,研究该河段沉积物中微塑料的分布特征.结果表明:该河段沉积物中微塑料丰度范围为1040~1320n/kg(以干泥重计),平均丰度为1160n/kg(dw),以小于1mm的碎片状微塑料为主,透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是微塑料的主要成分.该河段沉积物中微塑料污染处于中高水平且与人类活动密切相关.
Distribution characteristics of microplastics in sediments of Yi River in urban section of Song County
Microplastics,considered an emerging environmental concern,are inadequately studied in terms of their distribution in river sediments.The sediments in the Yi River in urban section of Song County were selected as the research subject,and an investigation on the distribution characteristics of microplastics within the sediment was conducted through sample collection,density flotation,diges-tion,and Raman spectrum detection.The results indicated that the abundances of microplastics in sedimentsin this area exhibited ranging from 1 040 to 1 320 n/kg(measured based on dry weight),with an average abundance of 1 160 n/kg(dw).The microplastics primarily consisted of fragmented particles smaller than 1 mm,with transparent polyethylene terephthalate being the predominant com-ponent.The pollution status of microplastics in sediments in this area was at a moderate to high level and exhibited a strong correlation with anthropogenic activities.
