As an emerging mechanism for resolving patent disputes,judicial confirmation mechanism for administrative mediation agreements in patent disputes can not only endow administrative media-tion agreements with coercive force through judicial confirmation and fully leverage the advantages of efficient and convenient administrative protection,but also ensure that the judiciary plays a leading role.However,there are many problems with this mechanism at present,such as insufficient legisla-tive support,inconsistent scope of judicial confirmation,limited application subjects for judicial con-firmation,unclear boundary of judicial confirmation review,incomplete relief mechanisms for confir-mation,and cognitive biases among relevant parties.In response to the above issues,it is necessary to further improve the supporting legislation on judicial confirmation of patent dispute administrative me-diation agreements,scientifically construct the judicial confirmation procedure for patent dispute ad-ministrative mediation agreements,and do a good job in supporting the implementation of the judicial confirmation system for patent dispute administrative mediation agreements.
