摘要
对数字经济赋能河南省城市高质量发展作用机制进行理论探讨,构建了城市高质量发展指标体系和数字经济发展指标体系,深入探讨了河南省数字经济发展对城市高质量发展的影响,采用 2011 年至 2020 年间河南省 17 个地市的面板数据进行了实证分析.基准回归结果表明,现阶段河南省的数字经济在推动各城市实现高质量发展方面遭遇了一定的阻力与挑战.机制检验表明,经济发展水平能够起到数字经济影响河南省城市高质量发展的桥梁作用,数字经济通过提升人均收入水平降低其对河南省城市高质量发展的阻碍作用.门槛效应表明,随着第三产业与第二产业占比的增加,其作用呈现出"先抑制后促进再抑制"的倒 N型关系.
Abstract
This paper theoretically discusses the mechanism of digital economy empowering cities in Henan Province with high-quality quality,constructs the index system of urban high-quality develop-ment and the index system of digital economy development,deeply discusses the impact of digital e-conomy development on urban high-quality development in Henan Province,and uses panel data from 17 cities in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020 for empirical analysis.The benchmark regression re-sults show that the digital economy of Henan Province has encountered certain resistance and challen-ges in promoting the high-quality development of various cities at this stage;The mechanism test shows that the level of economic development can play a role as a bridge for digital economy to influ-ence the high-quality urban development of Henan Province,and the digital economy can reduce its hindrance to the high-quality urban development of Henan Province by improving the per capita in-come level;Threshold effect shows that with the increase of the proportion of tertiary industry and secondary industry,its effect presents an inverse N-type relationship of"first inhibition,then promo-tion and then inhibition".
