增材制造技术是当前最受关注的快速制造技术,而选择性激光烧结技术是当前最为成熟的增材制造技术的一种,在机械制造、汽车、牙科、骨组织修复等领域有着广泛的应用,而材料在其中起着至关重要的作用.尼龙材料是选择性激光烧结领域的热门材料,但是其自身存在一些缺陷,为了弥补缺陷,国内外学者对其展开了相关研究.对尼龙基与金属、无机非金属、高分子材料的复合材料的国内外研究进行综述,对复合材料的优势和缺陷进行总结,这将有助于研究人员了解选择性激光烧结应用在尼龙复合材料领域的国内外现状.
Research progress in selective laser sintering of nylon composite materials
Additive manufacturing technology is the most concerned rapid manufacturing technology at the moment,and selective laser sintering technology is one of the most mature additive manufactur-ing technology.It has a wide range of applications in mechanical manufacturing,automobile industry,dentistry,bone tissue repair and other fields,in which materials play a crucial role.Nylon material is a popular material in the field of selective laser sintering,but the material itself has some defects,so scholars at home and abroad have conducted relevant research on it to compensate for these defects.This article provides a review of domestic and foreign studies on nylon base combined with metal,in-organic non-metal and polymer materials,summarizing the advantages and defects of the composites.The study helps researchers understand the current status of selective laser sintering applications in the field of nylon composites at home and abroad.
