Research on the construction of case base for the course of economic law based on the training of characteristic master of law
As an important reference for case teaching,the construction and maintenance of high-quality case base is of great significance to assist and improve the effect of case teaching.However,there are still some problems presently in the construction of case base in the economic law,such as insufficient resources in high-quality case base of economic law,difficulty in matching resources of professional case base with teaching needs,and scarcity of specialized case resources,which are diffi-cult to meet the practical needs of specialized legal master's training.In order to promote the reform and innovation of case base construction and build a personalized,distinctive,and high-quality case base for the course of economic law,we should combine our own legal discipline characteristics,ad-here to ideological and political guidance and characteristic innovation,and continuously optimize the content of the case base on the basis of the current curriculum construction and reform needs in the cultivation of master of law.At the same time,the case teaching mode should be reformed to promote the level of case base construction;a professional team should be established to solidify the teaching staff foundation of the case base,the practice of continuous openes and resource sharing should be promoted to maintain the vitality of the case base.
