新型电化学水处理装置及重要参数

近年来,电化学水处理设备因其环境相容性及多功能性而受到极大的关注.针对现有电化学设备的不足,设计了一款除垢刮刀外置的新型电化学水处理设备.该设备因除垢刮刀外置而不占用电解室内部过多空间,新颖的滚筒型设计能够同步完成吸垢、脱水工作,在保证电解反应进行的同时减少水资源的浪费.为了验证不同参数下水处理的效果,仿照该设备阴阳极电解区的原型搭建了一款小型电解槽实验平台,完成了硬度测试与COD去除效果的单流通与循环流实验.通过综合对比发现:当电流密度为 10.88 mA/cm2,循环水流量为 10L/h,电极板间距为 5mm时,水处理效果最佳,此时循环水的硬度去除率达到 19.6%~24.46%,单位面积、单位时间结垢量为 13.7 g/(h·m2),单位水垢重量能耗低至0.16 kWh/g,COD的浓度由起初的106 mg/L降至18.8mg/L,总去除率高达 82.26%.总体来说,该电化学系统有着较好的除垢及降解有机物的效果,能够为未来电化学设备的研发或电化学理论的深入研究提供一定的借鉴与参考.
A new electrochemical water treatment device and its important parameters
In recent years,electrochemical water treatment equipment has received great attention because of its environmental compatibility and versatility.In view of the shortcomings of the existing electrochemical e-quipment,a new electrochemical water treatment equipment with external descaling scraper is proposed,which does not occupy too much space inside the electrolysis room due to the external placement of the desca-ling scraper,and novel drum-type design can simultaneously complete the scale removal and dehydration work,so as to ensure the electrolytic reaction while reducing the waste of water resources.In order to verify the effect of wastewater treatment with different parameters,a small electrolyser experimental platform was built based on the prototype of anode and cathode electrolytic zone of the equipment,and the single flow and circulation flow experiments were completed to test the hardness and COD removal effect respectively.Through comprehensive comparison,it is found that when the current density is 10.88 mA/cm2,the circulat-ing water flow rate is 10 L/h,and the electrode plate spacing is 5 mm,the best water treatment effect is a-chieved.Under these conditions,the hardness removal rate of circulating water reaches 19.6%~24.46%,the scale amount per unit area per unit time is 13.7 g/(h·m2),the energy consumption per unit scale weight is as low as 0.16 kWh/g,the COD concentration is reduced from the initial 106 mg/L to 18.8 mg/L,and the total removal rate is as high as 82.26%.In general,the electrochemical system has a good effect of descaling and degrading organic matter,which can provide certain reference and guidance for the future research and de-velopment of electrochemical equipment or in-depth research on electrochemical theory.
