摘要
黄度是影响纺织品外观及内在质量的一项重要质量指标.为使黄度和黄变评价在纺织上更好地发挥作用,系统地阐述了纺织品黄度、黄变以及黄度评价和黄变评价的相关标准与方法.将黄度评价方法分 4类,将黄变评价方法分2类,分别进行详细介绍,并对黄度和黄变测评方法进行了对比.此外,对棉花颜色特征指标 Rd、+b进行了分析,指出将 Rd翻译或理解为反射率不恰当,Rd等于三刺激值之一的Y,应为明度或明暗度.目前,对纺织品黄度和黄变评价的研究还比较欠缺,需要深入,同时应加强对纺织品黄度和黄变测试标准的研制.
Abstract
Yellowness is an critical quality index that affects the appearance and inner quality of tex-tiles.In order to better utilize the evaluation of yellowness and yellowing in textiles,this paper sys-tematically elaborates on the relevant standards and methods for textile yellowness,yellowing and their evaluation.The yellowness evaluation methods areclassified into 4 categories,and the yellowing evaluation methods are divided into 2 categories,we provided a detailed introduction to each category and compared the yellowness and yellowing evaluation methods.In addition,an analysis was conduc-ted on the color characteristic indicators Rd and+b of cotton.pointing out that translating or under-standing Rd as reflectance is inappropriate,Rd is equal to one of the three stimulus values of Y,corre-sponding to brightness.At present,there is still a lack of research on the evaluation of yellowness and yellowing of textiles and it is necessary to deepen.Meanwhile,the test methods and standards for tex-tile yellowness and yellowing should be developed and strengthened intensively.
