Research on the application of geophysical exploration technology in gob disaster exploration
Underground goafs are characterized by being concealed,irregular in shape,and unstable,which often causes geological disasters such as ground collapse.These disasters cause great damage and threat to people's production,life and even life and property safety,and severely affects economic development and ecological environment construction.In a coal mine area in southwest Henan Prov-ince,subsidence and cracks appeared on local pavement and some houses.In order to understand the geological conditions in the area,look for unstable geological factors and find out the causes of subsid-ence and cracks,geophysical exploration was carried out in the designated area,and the combination of high-density electrical method and transient electromagnetic method was used to measure the geo-physical exploration.Practice has demonstrated that the two geophysical exploration methods are eco-nomical,efficient,practical and reliable,and are effective exploration means for goaf disaster investi-gation.
