挥发性有机物(VOCs)的大量排放不仅对大气污染造成巨大影响,也对人体健康构成了严重威胁,因此对VOCs类化合物进行源头高效治理刻不容缓.催化氧化技术因其处理效率高、副产物少而被认为是较有前景的 VOCs处理方法之一,已被广泛用于不同行业的含VOCs废气末端治理.催化剂是催化氧化技术的核心,过渡金属氧化物因其来源广泛及可变价态等优点成为优异的VOCs催化氧化材料,其中锰基金属氧化物由于锰的丰富价态而具备优异的氧化还原活性,成为VOCs催化氧化研究方向的热点研究材料.综述了近年来不同基氧化物催化剂的研究进展,分别针对单一锰氧化物、金属掺杂改性锰氧化物、复合锰氧化物的制备方法和VOCs催化性能进行总结与讨论.最后对锰氧化物在VOCs催化氧化方面的现存问题和未来发展进行了展望.
Research progress of manganese oxides for catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds
The emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)not only contributes to air pollution,but also poses serious threat to human health.Therefore,it is urgent to effectively control VOCs source emissions.Catalytic oxidation technology is considered as a promising VOCs treatment method for its high treatment efficiency and less by-products,which has been widely used in the treatment of VOCs-containing waste gas in various industries.Catalyst is the core of catalytic oxidation technolo-gy,and transition metal oxides are excellent catalytic oxidation materials for VOCs oxidation due to their wide natural source and variable valence states.Manganese oxide has excellent oxidation-reduc-tion activity due to its abundant valence state,which has become a hot spot of VOCs catalytic oxida-tion materials.In this article,the research progress of different manganese oxide catalysts in recent years was reviewed,and the preparation methods and catalytic VOCs oxidation performance of single manganese oxide,metal-doped modified manganese oxide and composite manganese oxide were sum-marized and discussed respectively.Finally,the remaining challenges and future development of VOCs catalytic oxidation by manganese-based oxides are discussed.
