常规的医疗输液主要由人工管理,医务人员需要时时监视输液过程,当医务人员短缺时,通常无法照顾到所有患者,为此设计智慧输液报警装置.以物联网技术为基础,通过拉力传感器信号设置报警阈值,经由Wi-Fi实时上传数据至服务器,再由服务器处理后将数据及时发送给各个设备,医生和患者可以实时同步监控输液速度和剩余量,实现了输液全过程及时、有效、智能化管理.通过增减砝码进行设计精度测试,输液系统测力范围为0~100 N,实验精度可达0.1 N,实验结果能适应实际需求.
Design of intelligent infusion system based on internet of things
The conventional method of medical infusion is primarily managed manually,requiring medical personnel to constantly monitor the infusion process.When the medical personnel are in short supply,it is challenging to take care of all the patients.Based on the Internet of things technology,setting the alarm threshold through the pull sensor signal,uploading the data to the server in real time via Wi-Fi,and sending the data to each device in time after being processed by the server,the doctor and the patient can monitor the infusion speed and the remaining volume simultaneously in real time,which realizes the whole process of infusion timely,effective,intelligent and easy to manage.The de-sign precision is tested by adding or subtracting weights.The force measuring range of the infusion system is 0~100 N,and the experimental precision can reach 0.1 N.
