Analysis of energy efficiency in rural residential buildings in eastern Henan Province under the background of"double carbon"
The existing residential buildings in rural areas of China have a large stock and generally high energy consumption,offering substantial potential for energy savings.In this study,a functional room of a rural single-storey residential building in eastern Henan Province was selected to establish a model according to the investigation situation.The Dest simulation software was used to simulate the cooling and heating load of the building before and after the energy-saving renovation,and the energy-saving rate after the energy-saving renovation was calculated according to the annual cumulative cool-ing and heating load index of the model before and after the energy-saving renovation.Considering the time value of funds,the dynamic investment payback period is selected as the evaluation index of the economic benefit of energy-saving renovation projects,and the economy of energy-saving renovation schemes is analyzed and compared.On this basis,combined with the analysis and simulation results,the paper puts forward suggestions for building energy saving transformation in rural areas of eastern Henan Province,provides theoretical basis for large-scale energy saving transformation of rural resi-dential buildings in eastern Henan Province,and contributes to realize the goal of"double carbon".
