A review of reform in the blended practice teaching in criminal law driven by modern generation of information technology
To address the low integration and informatization,as well as the insufficient application of scenario-based teaching of blended practice teaching in criminal law,this paper puts forward the blended practice teaching reform based on modern information technology,integrating context,inter-action,experience and feedback.It includes the creation of virtual teaching context,the promotion of personalized teaching based on big data technology,the application of legal knowledge graph,and the developmental evaluation based on online learning data.
