摘要
选用线密度为9.72 tex(60S)的优可丝®安泰贝®抗菌黏胶、优可丝®BVR黏胶(85:15)混纺纱,与涤纶5.56 tex/72 f(50 D/72 f)半光加工丝、涤纶3.33 tex/24 f(30 D/24 f)半光加工丝、2.22 tex(20 D)氨纶进行交织,开发具有抗菌功能的三明治卫衣针织面料.阐述该卫衣面料所用原料规格、组织结构、织造工艺等,以及预定形、染色、定形等染整工艺,并对面料基本性能和功能进行测试.结果表明,所开发针织面料具有良好吸湿、抗菌、抗起球、抗钩丝等服用性能,面料整体厚实、柔软、舒适、亲肤,立体挺括感强,适合做修身款卫衣.
Abstract
The sandwich knitted hoodie fabric is knitted with 9.72 tex(60S)antibacterial viscose blended with BVR viscose(85:15),5.56 tex/72 f(50 D/72 f)polyester SD DTY,3.33 tex/24 f(30 D/24 f)polyester SD DTY and 2.22 tex(20 D)spandex.This paper describes raw material specification,knitted structures and process,knitting machine,anti-pilling,anti-snagging and so on.The results show that the knitted fabric has good moisture adsorbing,antibacterial property,pilling,snagging and so on.The fabric is thick,soft,comfortable,skin-friendly,stereoscopic and wide,which is suitable for slim-fitting hoodie.
