This paper introduces the knitting methods of knitted products with accessories on the computerized flat knitting machine,including four kinds of knitting process design,such as self-knitted collar,self-knitted pocket,self-knitted hem and self-locking buttonhole.By analyzing the knitting principle of the computerized flat knitting machine and the design of knitted accessories,the paper conceives and draws the loop structure diagram and the knitting diagram,and expounds the knitting principle and knitting method of the four processes respectively,and draws each kind of knitting process of the physical map as well.This design method develops the thinking of designers and is the foundation of the research and development of intelligent knitted products.For processing enterprises,it plays an important role in improving production efficiency,reducing production process and reducing production cost.
