摘要

仿生学是对在大自然中发现的生物方法、系统和良好设计的提取和应用,仿生学或仿生方法被认为是最有前途的领域之一.生物仿生可以用于纺织产业链的所有环节,从纤维、织造、染整到服装设计,仿生学在纺织领域全面开花.仿生创新是系统研究的产物,到目前为止,商业化的仿生纺织技术还不多;从纤维仿生、面料仿生、色彩仿生、设计仿生和低能耗生产5个方面介绍近年来的成果,分析各方面不足,并对未来进行展望.可以看出,纺织仿生领域前期的研究重点在通过组织结构设计仿生实现面料功能性,随着微纳米尺度科技和可穿戴技术的发展,更多研究集中在材料仿生领域以及仿生学和智能纺织品的结合.在可预见的未来,服装将真正成为人类的第二皮肤.

Abstract

The biomimetics is the abstraction and application of biological methods,systems and good designs found in nature,and the bionics or biomimetic methods are considered to be one of the most promising fields.The biomimetics can be used in all procedures of the textile industry chain,from fiber,fabric,and color to design,and the bionics blooms in the textile field.Bionic innovation is the product of systematic research.So far,there are not many bionic textile technologies commercialized.This paper introduces the results achieved from five aspects:bionic fiber,bionic fabric,bionic color,bionic design and low energy manufacture,and the disadvantages existed in various aspect are analyzed,and the future research trend is outlooked as well.It can be seen that the early focuses on the bionic structure are to realize fabric functionality,and more research focus is in the field of bionic materials and the combination of bionic and intelligent textiles along with the micro-nano-scale science and the development of wearable technology.In the foreseeable future,the clothing will really become the second skin of human
