Rapid Soaping Technology of Reactive Dyes at Low Temperature Based on Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals
This paper studied the low-temperature and fast soaping process of reactive dye.The feasibility of the recommended soaping technology was confirmed by using the influence of soaping processes on the color parameters of soaped fabrics and the absorbance of residual liquid. The main experimental conclusions are as follows:the color parameters of dyed fabric are closest to those of conventional soaping fabric when 1.0%soaping agent is treated at 60 ℃ for 10 minutes. The absorbance value of the residue washed at 80 ℃ for 15 minutes is similar to that of the residue washed at 100 ℃ for 5 minutes, which can reduce the chroma of the residue by more than 85%.The color parameters and color fastness of the fabric washed by this process are comparable to those of the conventional process. The experimental results show that the one-step soap washing process has the characteristics of simple operation, energy and water saving, and less discharge of colored wastewater, which is conducive to realizing low-carbon production.
