摘要
为解决针织印染企业在仓库管理上的诸多问题,基于自动导向搬运车系统AGVS,升级改造成品仓库原有功能区布局并设计AGVS相关软硬件系统,最终实现成品仓库管理的智能化、自动化、无人化.并指出该系统有效降低了人工劳动强度、提高了仓库整体搬运效率、改善了人工管理、实现了企业经济效益的提升,具有良好的应用价值.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems in warehouse management of knitting printing and dyeing enterprises,based on the automatic guiding vehicle system AGVS,the layout of the original functional area of the finished product warehouse was upgraded and the AGVS related software and hardware system was designed,and the intelligent,automatic and unmanned warehouse management was finally realized.The results show that the system effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the overall handling efficiency of the warehouse,improves the chaotic manual management,and realizes the economic benefits of the enterprise,which has good application value.
