Process Research on Self-cleaning Performance of Cotton Fabric Finished by TiO2-Ag2S-rGO Ternary Composite
In order to enhance the photocatalytic performance of titanium dioxide, the TiO2-Ag2S-rGO ternary complexes were successfully produced by hydrothermal method and transferred onto cotton fabrics to realize its self-cleaning properties. The prepared ternary complexes were analyzed by XRD and SEM for the finished cotton fabric. The effects of the amount of tetrabutyl titanate, reaction temperature, reaction time and system pH on the photo-catalytic performance of the ternary complexes were investigated, and the best experimental process was obtained by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the ternary complex is synthesized and successfully attached to the cotton fabric. The best experimental process is as follows:the synthesis temperature is 160 ℃,the synthesis time is 9 h,the pH of the system is 7 and the concentration of tetrabutyl titanate is 0.13 g/mL.The methylene blue on TiO2-Ag2S-rGO ternary composite cotton fabric basically disappears after 4 h illumination.
